Salary transparency report

In line with Brazilian legislation and governance principles, we are publishing below the Transparency and Equal Pay Report prepared by the Federal Government's Ministry of Labor and Employment. The documents take into account e-social information for the first half of 2025. It is not possible to identify with certainty the methodology used to compile the data and the grouping of jobs considered in the Brazilian Occupation Classification (CBO).

We work systematically on the issue of equity and inclusion, with the aim of correcting disparities and building a fairer and more welcoming environment for all.
